We are pleased to announce that on September 8, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the settlement of this class action. A copy of the Court’s reasons is attached here.
In accordance with the Court’s order and the Settlement Agreement, the effective date of the settlement is October 8, 2026. A copy of the Court-approved Notice of Settlement Approval can be found here.
