We are pleased to announce that on September 8, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved the settlement of this class action, with reasons to follow. We will post a copy of the reasons when they become available
In accordance with the Court’s order and the Settlement Agreement, the effective date of the settlement will be October 8, 2026. The Claim Period will begin once notice is published after that date. Please check back in November for details about eligibility and how to apply for the settlement (if necessary).
